IdentityMind Global respects the confidentiality and privacy of our clients.
IdentityMind Global complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. IdentityMind Global has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles.
You have the right to access information about you held by IdentityMind Global. verify inaccurate information about you. You are able to correct, amend, or delete information where it is inaccurate, or has been processed in violation of the Principles, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy in the case in question, or where the rights of persons other than you would be violated.
You may at any time prevent or limit the diclosure of information about you to third parties by emailing [email protected].
IdentityMind Global is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). In compliance with the FTC and other national security or law enforcement agencies, IdentityMind Global may be required to disclose client information.
You may, under certain conditions, invoke binding arbitration.
When transferring your data to third party agents, IdentityMind Global will: (i) transfer such data only for limited and specified purposes; (ii) ascertain that the agent is obligated to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the Principles; (iii) take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that the agent effectively processes the personal information transferred in a manner consistent with the organization’s obligations under the Principles; (iv) require the agent to notify the organization if it makes a determination that it can no longer meet its obligation to provide the same level of protection as is required by the Principles; (v) upon notice, including under (iv),take reasonable and appropriate steps to stop and remediate unauthorized processing; and (vi) provide a summary or a representative copy of the relevant privacy provisions of its contract with that agent to the Department upon request.

IdentityMind Global may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of our web sites’ features) or to assist us in analyzing how our web sites and services are used. These third parties have access to your personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf.
